Shipping policy

Inventory items are usually shipped out within 3-5 business days as time permits. Packages are physically dropped off once a week- your order will be marked as shipped before being in Transit. 

 

Delivery time varies; orders made within Canada may arrive in anywhere from one business day, to 20+ business days according to your region and how accessible it is to postal services. 

 

Order placed from the USA and Internationally typically arrive anywhere from within 5-30 business days, again according to region and accessibility.

We do not offer delivery date guarantees- if you need your item sooner, please select the appropriate method upon checking out or inquire with us about current wait-times on xpresspost shipping.  

 

Wait times may be longer, and tracking information may take an upwards of a couple of weeks to update in rare instances; particularly during the pandemic & holiday season. The tracking information displayed on your tracking app is the same information we have- after your parcel is shipped, it is out of our hands and we have no further information on it.
