Q: What's a guided custom/surprise?
A: You send us a prompt, or an image, or your desired colors, and we use our artistic interpretation to create something one-of-a-kind for you. These are not complete customs - precise patterns or color placements can not be dictated by the buyer.
Q: Do you accept order cancellations or returns?
A: Unfortunately we can not accept order cancellations at this time. Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please consider your purchase carefully! We are mainly a one-person run operation and get a large volume of orders.
Unless there is a noteworthy flaw with your item that you have not been notified of, we do not offer full or partial refunds.
Q: What if I don't like the product/the product doesn't work for me?
A: One size does not fit all- we can not guarantee the shape or size of the toy will work for your body. What we offer are custom-made body-safe novelty products, made in the exact specifications listed (size/dimensions) in the exact likeness (shape/texture) of the model photographed.
Please consider the shape and size of the model prior to purchasing. We can not offer refunds or accept returns on items due to dissatisfaction with the shape or size of the model when it is made in the exact specifications shown and listed.
Q: It wasn't as big as I thought it would be.
A: The exact dimensions are carefully calculated and listed to ensure each buyer is making an informed purchase, if you have not read the dimensions prior to purchase, we have unfortunately done all we can to provide you with the information needed.
Q: Do you accept custom order requests?
A: We unfortunately do not accept custom order requests at this time
Q: I have an issue with my order
A: We are so sorry to hear that! Please contact us as soon as possible, and if the error is on our side of things, we will do out utmost best to resolve the issue promptly.
Please Note: Due to space limitations, our shipping and handling of these bagged items are done in a pet friendly environment. Very rarely, there may be a stray pet hair or two on the outside of your packaging- I apologize for the inconvenience! (The pouring and bagging of these items is done in an environment where pets do /NOT/ have access.)
