Order issues and Item Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Bear in mind that these are hand-made art pieces, and as such may have minor cosmetic imperfections- these do not quantify as item damages and will not be treated as such. 

North America/INTL

We do not currently accept cancellations or accept returns. 

EU

As per current legal regulations, in order to sell to the EU, cancellations and returns both must be accepted within the EU, with some exceptions. 

Customers have a 14-day right to withdrawal or return purchases from the time of the last delivery. Customers have 14 days to return their purchases in full once we've been notified. A refund can be expected immediately after the return has been received and verified. 

In the case that a return request is made, the full cost of return shipping, customs and duties will fall on the returnee. The cost of standard outbound shipping will be refunded regardless of the option selected. 

WV Products under our 'toys' and 'squishies' categories are considered personalized, customized, one-of-a-kind art pieces made in your chosen firmness and sizing-- items sold in these categories are not eligible for return or cancellation, and are considered final-sale.
